Job Scope
a. Flight Handling
-Perform flight ground handling
-Communicate with sales agents GHA on necessary operations
-Supervise GHA’s compliance under SQ’s variation
-Work with GHA/HQ fflight safety punctuality
-Perform cargo/mail mishandling investigations
-Perform after sales services
-Perform export DG cargo acceptance checklist
b. Safety Security
-Supervise GHA agents comply CAAC/state safety/security regulations
-Review implement appropriate safety/security measures
c. ULD Management
-MonitULD in/out station record
-Conduct ULD physical checks if necessary
c. Administration
-Clear operations related bills payment
-Maintain working relations with GHA/airport authority
-Conduct operations review meeting
Candidate Requirements
a. Fluent language bothal written in Mandarin English
b. Knowledge of office applications e.g. Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
c. Team player with strong communication skills
d. Proactive in seeking solutions to resolve problems
e. Disciplined respectful of local guidelines company directives
f. Able to work under stress
g. Able to work on roster shifts at the airport, being on call femergencies when necessary
h. Driving license C is preferred
